Challenging INTERPOL's immunity

On February 9, 2024, NEMETS hosted the seventh of its webinar series dedicated to the problem of INTERPOL abuse and defending the rights of individuals on the international wanted list. The law firm's' managing member, Yuriy Nemets, together with attorneys Anna Oehmichen, Vânia Costa Ramos and William Julié discussed the sources and foundations of INTERPOL's immunity, attempts to dispute it before national courts and international arbitration tribunals made so far as well as challenges that INTERPOL is likely to face going forward due to the lack of due process within its own redress mechanism.
