INTERPOL's Recent Case Law

On November 19, 2024, NEMETS hosted the eighth of its webinar series Open Conversations About INTERPOL Abuse. The webinar series is dedicated to the problem of INTERPOL abuse and defending the rights of individuals on the international wanted list. The law firm's managing member, Yuriy Nemets, together with attorneys Anna Oehmichen, Vânia Costa Ramos and William Julié discussed recent decisions rendered by the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL's Files as well as the new edition of INTERPOL's Repository of Practice: Articles 2 and 3 of the INTERPOL Constitution.
