Yuriy Nemets to speak about INTERPOL's application of Article 2 of its Constitution

On July 24, 2026, Yuriy Nemets, the firm's founding and managing member, will speak at the American Bar Association event INTERPOL's Redress Mechanism: Latest Trends, Reforms and Jurisprudence. For eight consecutive years, the American Bar Association has hosted a panel of experts in the area of INTERPOL law, and Yuriy Nemets has been a member of this panel throughout these years. During each of these panels, Yuriy has shared his expertise in defending the rights of individuals on the INTERPOL wanted list, covering various key issues. This year, Yuriy will speak about INTERPOL's application of one of its most important rules, Article 2 of its Constitution, which, among other important provisions, requires that INTERPOL act "in the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights."
