The International Enforcement Law Reporter has published Yuriy Nemets’ new article Individualization of Criminal Involvement Under INTERPOL’s Rules.  In the article, Yuriy Nemets analyzes a number of decisions rendered by the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files providing an insight into the application of Article 83(2)(b)(i) of INTERPOL’s Rules on the Processing of Data which requires governments to provide a “succinct and clear description of the criminal activities of the wanted person.”
