Yuriy Nemets speaks about INTERPOL’s recent case law

On July 30, 2025, Yuriy Nemets, the Managing Member of NEMETS PLLC, spoke as a panelist at the American Bar Association event ‘Latest Developments in INTERPOL’s Redress Mechanism.’  Yuriy spoke about INTERPOL’s recent case law, specifically, the decision excerpts published by the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files in 2024 and 2025, specifically, requirements for Blue Notices, the “serious ordinary-law crime” requirement for Red Notices, Article 2 of the INTERPOL Constitution which requires that mutual assistance via INTERPOL’s channels be conducted “in the spirit of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights” and Red Notices targeting those accused of financial crimes.  You can watch the video recording here.
