NEMETS submits an expert opinion in an asylum case before a U.S. immigration court 

The expert opinion provides insight into the problem of INTERPOL abuse and the rights of individuals on the international wanted list

In addition to representing the victims of INTERPOL abuse before the Commission for the Control of INTERPOL’s Files, Yuriy Nemets regularly testifies as an expert witness on the issue of INTERPOL abuse in courts in the United States and abroad.  In yet another asylum case, Yuriy Nemets has submitted an expert opinion describing in detail how governments use INTERPOL in politically motivated and otherwise corrupt prosecutions.
